As the leader and founding member of the group, Heather understands the trials of living in a “haunted house”. Heather’s spiritual journey began in 2000. after unknowingly buying a paranormally active home. That’s when she began seeing, hearing and feeling spirit. It was a very scary and confusing period as she felt it was all due to the house. She had had an interest in “the other side” since childhood, devouring all she could in books and film/tv on the subject. However, living it was another matter. Still having that burning curiosity, she became a paranormal investigator in 2009 – joining forces with another party interested in the paranormal. Embarking on many cases – both residential and commercial – she made an epiphany. She began to get physical illnesses related to their investigations in certain areas of buildings having activity.
Putting the puzzle pieces together, she decided, in 2016, to take some classes and workshops in spirituality. Two were very instrumental to what she does today. One was Mediumship Development by Mayumi Endo. There she finally realized that she had been a medium all along – going back as far as her childhood. The other was a spiritual retreat in Ontario, put on by Steve Furlong of “My Haunted Life” and Jackie Dennison of “Rescue Mediums”.
Heather initiated her mediumship by doing readings for people to connect with their loves ones – mostly friends and family. She is now following her passion for clearing homes. She has great empathy for not only the people living in the chaos she once experienced, but also the dead who are stuck there, and strives to alleviate the suffering of both in the work that she does.
